You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment in Joyous’ growth journey - helping to scale our hybrid go-to-market model that combines enterprise sales with product-led growth.

As our Growth Marketer, you’ll design and run experiments that drive awareness, signups, and adoption across digital, product, and partner channels. You’ll shape how new users discover Joyous, experience its value, and become long-term champions.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll collaborate across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Partnerships to build scalable, repeatable growth engines that power the next phase of Joyous.

What You’ll Be Owning (and Loving)

Strategy, Alignment & Growth

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy spanning paid acquisition, content, SEO, email, social, and in-product marketing.
  • Lead experimentation across the funnel - from awareness to activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Identify and prioritize acquisition channels and tactics informed by data, insight, and testing.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance self-serve sign-up, onboarding, and pay-per-use experiences.
  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships to align digital and product-led growth initiatives with enterprise demand generation.

Driving Measurable Growth

  • Own key growth metrics including traffic, signups, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and activation KPIs.
  • Manage paid campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels with a focus on ROI and scalability.
  • Build and optimize growth loops that connect acquisition, activation, and expansion.
  • Create and share playbooks to replicate success across markets and verticals - starting with our proven traction in telco.
  • Report on performance and insights regularly to drive continuous optimization.

Brand, Content & Campaigns

  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling, conversion-optimized assets that bring the Joyous story to life.
  • Develop case studies, landing pages, nurture sequences, and industry-specific campaigns.
  • Partner with Partnerships and Sales on co-marketing and account-based campaigns that amplify impact.

Customer Insight & Optimization

  • Analyze behavioral data to identify friction points and improve user journeys.
  • Test messaging, creative, and offers to improve acquisition and activation.
  • Translate insights into action - ensuring every experiment contributes to measurable outcomes.

A Bit About You

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a high-growth or product-led environment.
  • Proven success in building or scaling growth programs - from paid performance to lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep familiarity with analytics, attribution, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experienced across channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and email automation.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Product, Sales, and Design on cross-functional growth projects.
  • Curious, analytical, and relentlessly focused on measurable results.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar automation and CRM tools.
  • Bonus: experience in enterprise SaaS, vertical marketing (especially to the telco industry), or international campaigns.
