
One response = one person responding to a feedback request, whether through a conversational chat or a traditional survey, regardless of the number of questions posed or answered.
You will be charged an overage fee, as set out in your subscription plan. Overages are automatically charged to your payment method once a month.
You can send as many requests per month as you like on any plan – we only count responses against your plan. This means you only pay for the value you get, regardless of the response rate of the audience.
For Basic and Plus plans, we accept all major credit and debit card brands.

Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 8 times within the next month. After this, if the payment did not succeed, your account will will be downgraded to read only.
