Trade in your legacy feedback platform

Your feedback platform has had long enough.

If Qualtrics, Medallia or your current platform has spent years measuring the same problems, maybe it's time to start changing them.

Switch to Joyous, we'll make it easy for you.

25%+

Save at least 25%

We'll price Joyous at least 25% below the feedback platform we replace.

No transition cost

Still under contract? We will cover the remaining transition period.

Free migration

Move your use cases over with no additional fees. Our team does the work.

Why change at all?

Cheaper isn’t the point.

Feedback for the last 20 years measured the temperature. The next 20 should continuously improve it.

01 · Listen

Discover the questions.

Define the problem, start the conversation and let AI follow the answer to what actually matters.

02 · Understand

Find the meaning.

Bring customer, employee, market, operational and AI signals together so separate data becomes one clear problem.

03 · Act

Turn insight into action.

Create a prioritized action plan and hand each action to the human, AI agent or system capable of doing something.

04 · Prove

Show people what changed.

Close the loop. Tell customers and employees when their feedback caused something to change.

05 · Learn

Keep listening.

Watch what happens next. Did the action work? Did the experience improve? Use the new evidence to decide what should happen after that.

A useful question

Pull up your 10-year graph.

NPS. CSAT. eNPS. Engagement. Has it materially changed? And if it has, can you confidently say it changed because of the feedback platform you've been paying for?

If not: what exactly are you protecting?

A simple example

One problem.
Five signals.
Act now.

A competitor cuts its renewal price by 30% this morning. By lunchtime, customers are leaving. The useful question isn’t which dashboard spotted it first. It’s whether your feedback system can understand the whole problem and do something about it while it still matters.

Customers“I’ll stay if you match the new price.”
Frontline teams“Almost every renewal now needs manager approval.”
AI agents“Transfers are rising because I lack discount authority.”
MarketCompetitor launches an equivalent offer 30% cheaper.
OperationsChurn is up 27% compared with yesterday.
Understand

This isn’t five insights.
It’s one problem.

A pricing move is creating avoidable churn because frontline humans and AI agents do not have enough authority to retain customers.

Act

Generate the action plan.

1Temporarily increase frontline discount authority.
2Route a revised retention policy to the right executive for approval.
3Update frontline knowledge and workflow systems.
4Give the AI service agent the same authorized retention path.
5Contact affected customers with the offer they originally asked for.
Human decisionPolicy approval goes straight to the executive with authority.
AI executionExecutable work can be handed to AI agents and connected systems.
Close the loopKeep listening to see whether churn falls - and tell customers what changed.
The old system reports the churn. The new system helps stop it.
“A survey assumes I know the important questions before I hear your answers.”The old model is: design the questions, then collect the answers. The new model is: define the problem, start the conversation, then discover the questions.
1

Don't design every question.

Tell Joyous what you need to understand. AI follows the participant and asks what matters next.

2

Don't stop at insight.

Joyous groups and prioritises what people are saying, then turns patterns into specific actions and tasks.

3

Don't leave action in a dashboard.

Route work to humans, AI agents or systems — then keep listening to see whether the change worked.

A real-time engine for change

The old feedback stack measures the organization. The new feedback system helps operate and continuously improve it.

What would happen if you stopped sending surveys tomorrow?

If the scores barely move and nothing visibly changes, what exactly are you paying to measure?

Questions

The practical stuff.

Which platforms can I trade in?

Qualtrics, Medallia, Culture Amp, Glint, Perceptyx, InMoment, Workday Peakon, AskYourTeam and other qualifying feedback platforms.

What does “25%+ less” mean?

For qualifying trade-ins, Joyous will be priced at least 25% below the platform being replaced, subject to scope and contract terms.

What if my current contract hasn't ended?

For qualifying customers, Joyous can cover the transition period at no cost in return for a longer-term Joyous agreement afterwards.

Do I need to migrate everything on day one?

No. Start with one use case or journey, prove the new model, and expand from there.

Can Joyous still run NPS, CSAT or engagement measurement?

Yes. Measurement remains useful. The difference is that it becomes one feature inside a system built to understand what should change and help action happen.
